“I am very pleased for the whole company. We work hard to make a difference in the engineer world of our clients and having this opportunity to have our work assessed by peers and to be recognised in this way is the biggest pat on the back for the whole team” says Managing Director Simon Bradwell.

All products ebm-papst A&NZ supplies to the market, whether they are made locally or abroad, are locally engineered to provide the optimum solution to the Australian end user. Backed by the GreenTech principle that every new product must be ecologically and economically superior to its predecessor, the judges deemed ebm-papst a leader on the “way to a greener future”.

As a company ebm-papst A&NZ are increasingly using their local engineering and manufacturing experience to fill the manufacturing void that has been left my the recent economic cycle in Australia. In order to achieve this the company invests heavily in the capabilities of all of its teams. The judges remarked that the ebm-papst “understands the importance and value of its people” which is reflected in the quality of its service and engineering practice. This has lead them to generate a business which is eager to make tomorrow better than today and constantly push the boundaries of what is achievable.

Simon Bradwell: “All our teams are integral in creating our positive working environment which involves taking individual responsibility, having integrity in what we do and how we behave, ensuring we have balance in our lives, that we respect all the communities in which we work and that we clearly communicate our intentions and how we feel.”

As the company’s manufacturing significance and capabilities are continually growing, Simon notes that “we are hoping to double the size of our physical footprint in 2016. This will help us to push further into emerging markets as well as improve our customer support. We are very much looking forward to the next 12 months and we hope that we can bring further prosperity to the Wyndham region.”
